Which option should I select – complaint or other feedback?
Select complaint if the product has a defect. A defect may include, for example, an unusual structure, taste or consistency, or the presence of foreign material in the product.
Select other feedback if your matter does not relate to a product defect. This may include a general suggestion for improvement, a request for a new flavour, or a question regarding an ingredient.
